Homesick Recipe Series: Cabbage Roll Soup

This soup.

My mom used to make homemade cabbage rolls only about twice per year, because they were a bit more labor-intensive than a weeknight dinner could sustain. Our whole family always loved them, but they were just too much work to make very often.

Over the years, in my own household, I’ve made them a few times, but again—labor intensive, and not enough time.

So, I bring you Cabbage Roll SOUP!
