Instant Pot Lemon Garlic Pork Chops with Chickpeas

This recipe is so easy, and the whole family loves it!

We had ours with pearled couscous and mini corn muffins (two more family favorites) and steamed broccoli, but it’s also delicious over steamed rice, buttered noodles, or plain!

Instant Pot Salsa Verde Chicken

This is one of my family's favorites, you guys.

It's super quick and easy, since you just pop everything into the Instant Pot. It's great by itself, on tacos, or atop a salad (that's how we ate it last night)!

This is also tasty if you serve it over top of rice or egg noodles. I've tried every combination, and they've all been delicious!!
